$INTC INTEL is a buy at this level. I bought some more at $19.68 I didn’t buy as many shares as I wanted to, because I don’t understand why it is going down today. I must be overlooking something, but either way (INTC: 21.19 +0.25 +1.19%) is a buy at $19.68
